No shipment out of these countries is planned. The Customer certifies that he is hereby informed and may in no case request compensation for failure to recognize this clause. In such a case, the Customer having subscribed to a Monthly Subscription will not be debited for the month in question for the amount of La DaDa Box.

 

If he has taken out a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month Subscription, he will receive the DaDa Box for the month following the last initial month of his Subscription and will not be entitled to any refund. As part of the Boutique, the company sells different products around the theme of the horse, excluding subscription.

 

4.Conclusion of a contract between the Client and the Company

The different Subscription formulas The services provided by the company are accessible to the Customer according to several Subscription formulas. In all cases, the Customer can subscribe for himself, in his own name or offer the Subscription to a third party. In the case of a gift offered to a third party, the Customer may request that the third party be sent by post, for which he will have provided the postal address. For each of the subscriptions below, the Customer is informed that shipments are made according to the date of subscription. Delivery times are 2 to 4 weeks for local deliveries. Monthly subscription for an indefinite period When the Customer chooses to take out a Monthly Subscription, he receives a DaDa Box every month with no time limit until either party decides to terminate the contract. It is therefore a contract of indefinite duration. The Customer agrees to pay the price of his Subscription every month, by debit from his bank card. The Customer is debited each month for the amount of the Subscription. The first debit takes place on the order date and triggers the sending of the box for the current month. The following debits will take place on the same date as that of the first order. For example, the Customer subscribes on September 12 and will be debited for his first month on September 12, he will receive the box for the month of September. The following months it will be debited on the 12th of each month and will receive the box for the current month.

 

The Customer may terminate the Subscription at any time under the conditions provided for in the "unsubscription" article. It is noted that to be taken into account from the following month (that is to say so that the DaDa Box of the following month is neither paid nor sent), the unsubscription must take place 48 hours before the day of payment. The order placed each month in execution of this contract is final from the moment the payment has been made. The customer has the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale only once, during the initial subscription of the subscription: he can exercise it within fourteen days of receipt by his care of the first DaDa Box delivered in execution of the contract. It is expressly agreed that the company reserves the right to suspend the DaDa Box sending service for one month. In this case, the Customer will not be debited for the amount of the DaDa Box not delivered. The Company cannot be held responsible for the damage suffered by the Customer.

 

3-month subscription When a Customer takes out a 3-month subscription, he receives a total of 3 DaDa Boxes over the following three months. Payment is made in one go when taking out the Subscription, at the then current rate. The customer has the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale only once, during the initial subscription of the subscription: he can exercise it within fourteen days of receipt by his care of the first DaDa Box delivered in execution of the contract.

 

6-month subscription When a Customer takes out a 6-month subscription, he receives 6 DaDa Boxes in total, over the following six months. Payment is made in one go when taking out the Subscription, at the then current rate. The customer only has the right of withdrawal provided for in article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale once, during the initial subscription of the Subscription: he can exercise it within fourteen days of receipt by his care of the first DaDa Box delivered in execution of the contract. The 6-month Subscription is concluded for a firm period and the sums paid in return for this Subscription are definitively acquired by the company, it being noted that the Customer does not have the right to terminate the Subscription before its term, except for fault of the DaDa box making it impossible to maintain the contract.

 

12 month Subscription When a Customer takes out a 12 month Subscription, he receives 12 DaDa Boxes in total over the following 12 months. Payment is made in one go when taking out the Subscription, at the then current rate. The customer only has the right of withdrawal provided for in article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale once, during the initial subscription of the Subscription: he can exercise it within fourteen days of receipt by his care of the first DaDa Box delivered in execution of the contract. The 12-month Subscription is concluded for a firm period and the sums paid in return for this Subscription are definitively acquired by the Company, it being noted that the Customer does not have the right to terminate the Subscription before its term, except for fault of La DaDa. Box making it impossible to maintain the contract or special hypothesis referred to in article 5 of the General Conditions of Sale.

 

In the event that the Company suspends the DaDa Box sending service for one month, subscribers of 3-month, 6-month and 12-month subscriptions will not benefit from a refund but from the sending of the DaDa Box for the month. following the expiration of their subscription.

 

5 Termination of the contract concluded between the Company and the Client

 

As part of the Monthly Subscription The Customer can terminate their subscription at any time and without notice 48 hours before payment for each box, whether individually or by subscription. For example, if the Customer no longer wishes to receive La DaDa Box, he has up to 48 hours before paying for the box to unsubscribe and not to receive La DaDa Box the following month. If La DaDa Box has been paid, it will be sent.

The termination will be confirmed to him by e-mail. If the company considers that the termination is legitimate, it will reimburse the Customer within thirty (30) days of the notification, in proportion to the remaining months. 7.Price of La DaDa Box and products sold in the store

8.Delivery terms

 

Deliveries are made exclusively in mainland France. The delivery address is provided by the Customer during the Purchase. Any possible entry error can not engage the responsibility of the company. 9.Return

10. Withdrawal

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer assuming the quality of consumer or non-professional, or professional not acting within the framework of his main activity, has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the date of receipt of his order to return La DaDa Box at his expense and to obtain a refund, without having to justify the reasons for this withdrawal.

11.Deactivation of the customer account

12.Responsibility - legal warranty

 

In accordance with Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code, the Company is required to deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity upon delivery. 16.Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

17. Amicable resolution of disputes
